Flax Smoothie Berry-licious Recipe

This Flax Smoothie Berry-licious Recipe is the perfect flaxseed smoothie for improving your Brain and Thinking Abilities with blueberries and Omega 3 from flax!

2 Tbs ground whole flax seeds or Cold Milled Flax -Flakes o Gold
-Grind in blender, coffee grinder, or food processor
1 fresh or frozen banana
1 cup frozen blueberries
(or your choice of berries)
1c - soy milk or yogurt or ice cream or ice cubes
(pick your favorite)

-Blend in a blender and if your blender is strong enough, you can grind the flax seeds first and then add everything else one at a time to allow time so blender does not get overworked. If your blender cannot grind the flax seeds, use a coffee grinder!

-Sweeten to taste with Honey, smoothie will be healthy and so delicious!.
-If you ice cubes or ice cream, you will need to add 2-3 Tablespoons of water or milk to keep the mixture from thickening up so much the blender motor burns out.

-Flaxseed also helps thicken smoothies.
