Hi my healthy friends! We are back into the Farmer's Market Season -which I know we all love! It's so great to see many of you back there!
So much of our produce is shipped thousand of miles to our grocery stores and ripened through chemical or other means. It is a blessing to be able to buy fresh, local fruits and vegetables!

(Opens new window) Not only are they TONS of fun, but farmer's markets are a great way to go green, help your local economy and support your local farmers!I have been VERY busy this last month because my daughter graduated from Medical School and will be moving to Colorado to do her residency in Family Medicine. Once she gets her ~$250,000 bill paid off (yikes!), she wants to work in under-privileged areas. We are so proud of her accomplishments! It's been 21 years in school for her! You can watch a little of her grad here (via fb) if you are so inclined :) -If it isn't obvious, I'm a very proud mom!
