What is the proper daily dose of flaxseed recommended?

The recommended daily dose of flaxseed for a healthy adult is 2-4 Tablespoons a day.

We always encourage you to listen to your body and slowly build up to the recommendations.

Flaxseed is an excellent and very economical way to get the nutrition your body needs.

So much of our food is baked, processed, cooked and does not have the Omega 3 in it. Also, the average American diet contains less than half the amount of fiber we should get per day.

Flax is a perfect solution to those problems! And at ~.15 cents per day! That is affordable and healthy value!

Flax is a great source of fiber

It's true, flaxseed is great for fiber. I wish more people would eat healthier and put McDonald's and other fast food places out of business. They are such a waste of our money and completely void of nutrition. We can eat healthier -Supersize Me is a great documentary. I eat flax every day. -Kris
