Eating enough fiber is so important for good health!
If you supplement your diet with 2 -3 Tbls of Golden Flax Seed a day, you will be getting 8-12g of fiber. Additionally, if you are eating 5 servings of fruits + vegetables along with an additional 3 servings of whole grains, THEN you should be meeting the recommended fiber requirements!
-If you have a diet low in fiber, increase fiber slowly. Add 1-2 grams per day to avoid gas and bloating.
-It is important to drink a lot of water. Avoid caffine if you don't drink a lot of water/day because caffeine is a diuretic and can make a person dehydrated, if they aren't drinking enough fluids.
