Vegetarian Corn Bread with Flax
3/4 cup water
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup Molasses
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. kelp
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup honey or brown sugar (your choice):)
2 T. Flax seed that has been soaked until softened (about 30 min.)
2 Cups corn flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix everything together. Make sure that you have soaked the flax :)
Pour into a greased 9x13 inch pan and bake for 15
minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Take out and enjoy after it has cooled for about 5 to 10 minutes.
